Renovation and add to exist for Custom home project .  

 

Architectural design is presented in full detail, relying on renovation to get out of the existing house and adding new key parts to provide a complete solution internally and externally to look like a brand new home.

Layout house consists of:
- First floor: main family room has a double ceiling at the entrance, the kitchen is open in the backyard and a great room to give privacy with maximum daylight, Master room on the main floor.
- Three bedrooms on the second floor with double size on the entrance to give the concept of an open space.
- The reception area is in basement with a walk-out stairs.
- Elevator to connect three floors together, main, second and basement.
- Large windows give a lot of daylight inside the house.
